Human resource management internship

Active Youth is looking for an intern to Human recource team that takes care of our team productivity, structure, strategy and teamspirit. 

Apply if you:

- are interested in management (meetings, planning, reporting) – daily, monthly;

- have great English and Lithuanian speaking & writing skills;

- have previous experience working/volunteering with social change/ human recources;

- can perform internship of minimum 3 months.

Would help you a long way, if:

- you have organised events before;

- you like being active in the field;

- you are energetic! We are the spark of our organisation;

- you have experience in fundraising;

- have experience with web design;

- have creative writing skills.

(having at least 1 is a bonus)

Main activities of your internship: 

- intern and employee recruitment;

- performing surveys for employees;

- preparing weekly, monthly reports;

- organising team meetings, trainings, teambuildings;

- forming strategic organisations working systems.
